How To Upload Pictures (Magazine Related)

I'd be fine with uploading editorials to get access to the site again, but I have no idea how. When I click on "Uploader's How-To Guide" I get the same message telling you to upgrade membership.

Can anybody help explain how to upload pictures (like the html needed-I'd most be using imageshack or imagebam)?
